Testimonials

I became aware about the issue of mental health. This topic is not often tackled in school even though it has a huge importance especially in this time of pandemic. In the mental health awareness workshops, I learned that there is good stress and bad stress.
Aron

What stood out to me is the activity where we thought of our dream. I found out I was not the only one with a dream to expand our youth group in the community. We have many plans for our community. I was amazed because they thought of ideas I did not think of that would be helpful for the community.

I found peace of mind and learned how to socialize with people. I used to be confrontational, especially when people made personal attacks against me or my family, but now I have learned to be more patient.
